JetBlue is reported to be running a bonus on bought TrueBlue points reaching up to 120 percent, through October 1.

JetBlue prices awards off the cash fare, so points are worth roughly a fixed amount and you can work out the value before you buy. There are no sweet spots to hunt, but there are also no nasty surprises.
